Amande I, like its sister Amande, is a 52 foot Atoll 6, designed by Philippe Briand. It was built in 2001 by DUFOUR. Atoll sailboats have been specifically designed for charters in the Caribbean and have a similar style to a catamaran as their salon and kitchen are above deck. It takes up to 14 passengers distributed throughout six cabins. There are 2 private double cabins in the bow and 2 private double ensuite cabins aft which are a bit more spacious and have private bathrooms. There are two triple cabins with three single bunks in each and two shared bathrooms. Amande I has ample shady lounging space in the salon and room to sunbathe on deck.
