Andre is from Colombia and started sailing at the age of 18 when he joined the Colombian Navy. He trained as an Engineering Officer and competed in Brazil and Mexico as a member of the National Sailing Team. He started sailing the Panama Colombia route in 2012. In his down time he likes to cook and dive and play with his dog Aria. He is a traveler at heart, exploring new places is his greatest passion.

Carmelo is from Colombia and has sailed extensively on fishing boats throughout the Pacific coast as well as the Caribbean. He has been sailing the Colombia Panama route since 2009. When he is not maintaining the boat as a trained electrician, he organizes clean-up brigades in the islands to help preserve the sea life and natural beauty. He is an experienced fisherman and an enthusiastic captain.

Charli is from South Africa and left construction and fiberglass fabrication behind on 2003 when he headed to sea. After cruising and chartering in the Atlantic and Indian Oceans for more than 70,000 nautical miles and crossing the Atlantic numerous times, he followed his love of surfing to the Caribbean and has settled in Panama. He runs his own boats doing charters in the San Blas, combining his love of socializing with his passion for for the sea.

Daniel is from Spain. He has spent his life around the sea and learned to sail between Mexico and Guatemala. In 2012 he started working the Colombia Panama route in various roles from sailing and cooking to general boat maintenance to first mate and captain. Daniel is a great cook and specializes in Spanish cuisine.

He sailed from the United States to Colombia and has also explored the caribbean coast of Colombia extensively. He studied economics, and is a certified sailing instructor. Recognized for his courtesy and fueled by his passions for dancing, cooking, and snorkeling, Eduardo is always eager to share his profound knowledge of the region.

Gisbert is from Germany he originally worked in construction but sailing was a lifelong hobby. He has logged many miles in the Baltic and the Mediterranean Sea and came to the Caribbean in 2006. He then sailed around in a small catamaran for a few years before starting the Colombia Panama route in 2010. Gisbert has always appreciated the simple lifestyle one enjoys living on a boat.

Goeran is from Sweden and is the owner and captain of the Quest. He started his life on the sea at the age of 16, working on a fishing trawler and has since navigated extensively through the Pacific, Atlantic, and Arctic oceans as well as the Caribbean seas. He has worked as a captain and chief officer on commercial boats around the world since graduating from Merchant Marine Academy in 1979, including expedition charters in Indonesia, the South Pacific, Antarctica and the Arctic. He has made six Atlantic crossings as well as operating dive vessels and Mega Yachts and earned his Dive masters certificate. He has been sailing the Colombia Panama route since 2016.

Gregory is from Chile and comes from a family of sailors. He has been living and working on boats since he was a kid and has enough miles on sailboats to circle the globe a couple times. He has sailed extensively in Europe and through the Caribbean, as well as from Florida to Chile. He is an expert free diver and a sashimi master. He has been sailing the Colombia Panama route since 2016.

Humberto is from Colombia has been sailing most of his life; in this time he has sailed extensively throughout the Caribbean, Mediterranean and the Pacific as well as crossing the Atlantic. Humberto is one of the pioneers of this route and started doing the crossings in 1998. He believes as a captain that it is his duty to use his experience and knowledge to raise awareness and caring for the wonderful nature of the San Blas Islands.

He has a passion for his job and is also a very good salsa dancer.

He now splits his time between Charters in San Blas and the Colombia Panama route.

Manuel was a sailing instructor for optimists and sunfish in Margarita island Venezuela. He began working on Wild Card in 2018 as the chef and later as the first mate. He helped do an overhaul of the Wild Card during Covid together with the owner. He has been the captain of Sovereign Grace since March 2024 (the sister boat of Wild Card). He is always up for a good joke and cannot live without music.

Pauline Learned to sail in France on the Atlantic coast with Optimists and Hobbicats and has loved sailing ever since. She arrived in Colombia in 2012 and worked the route for a few years before returning to France to get her Yatcht master's license. She then returned to the Colombia-Panama route in 2022 and is excited to share her passion for sailing. Pauline loves diving and is always happy to show her favorite spots to her passengers. San Blas is one of her favorite places, she loves the Guna culture and enjoys sharing with the Guna people and learning from them.
