Tote started sailing when he was 12 years old with his uncle Humberto, who taught him everything he knew about the sea. He worked on several boats to form his experience as a sailor until he took on his first boat as captain of the Santa Maria. He has since then sailed this route for over 8 years as captain on various boats and brings great flexibility and character to every boat he takes under his care.
