Gisbert is a German captain and owner of the Santana. He has many miles in the Baltic and the Mediterranean under his belt. He came to the Caribbean in 2006 and at first sailed around on a small catamaran for a few years, learning the islands and culture of the San Blas. Gisbert was so entranced that he invested in Santana and for the past 12 years has shared his love and knowledge of the area with his passengers.
