Had the most fantastic time on the Kanihu going from Cartegena to Panama this week! Humberto and his family are so wonderful and sweet, they really made the trip incredibly memorable. The islands are incredibly beautiful, the food is delicious and the vibe was just amazing all around. Literally no negatives to be found.

On December 23rd, we departed from Cartagena on the Kanihu boat to the San Blas Islands. We had the pleasure to have a crew made up of a wonderful family. Captain Humberto was incredibly kind, ensuring our safety was a top priority, expertly navigating the boat, and making sure we felt at home on board. His wife, Karmeni, prepared the most delicious meals. It was unbelievable how she managed to create such amazing food in the small kitchen with limited facilities on the boat. Every meal was a treat! She was also very accommodating to dietary preferences, like vegetarian or no fish. Their son Nicolai completed the fantastic crew.

Had an amazing experience on the Kanuhi with captain Humberto and his lovely family, Nicolai and Karmanie sailing from Cartagena to Panama. They took great care of us and showed us the beautiful San Blas Islands, including Karmanies amazing food! We had the best time thanks to them!
